How was the 7-day (168-hour) ice test conducted?
Two COOLER-Y units were packed with ice frozen for 24 hours, then placed in a certified test lab maintained at exactly 90°F (32°C) ambient and 50% relative humidity from August 22–29, 2025. Both units retained ice at the 7-day (168-hour) mark. Full report: JG-TR-E-057-003.
Does it draw power from my Tesla’s battery?
Zero power draw — COOLER-Y is a completely passive cooler. No 12V port, no USB, no Bluetooth, no app. Your Model Y's range is not affected in any way.
What is the warranty policy?
